Pre and Post Natal Personal Training Sevenoaks
Kasia is a qualified and highly experienced pre and post natal personal trainer and women's health and fitness specialist. She will guide you safely through each trimester, accounting for all the benefits and concerns of exercising while pregnant. Tailoring exercises and diet, in sync with your body changes and structural alignment. Importantly, Kasia will whip you back into shape afterwards!
What's included in the sessions:
Consultation and analysis with me a women's fitness and pre and post natal specialist to: establish your goals, lifestyle, overall health and nutrition;
I will take a look at your, sleep, activity levels, nutrition and hydration as these are all important contributing factors to good health and fitness during and post pregnancy.
Bespoke training programme.
Individualized nutrition plan, with total control over what you eat from a choice of over 80 foods with over 20 recipe ideas each month - Optional.
Motivation and support every step of the way!

At my studio in Sevenoaks, The Middlings, TN13 2NW. I have a fully equip studio with a range of equipment to complete a great session whatever your goals.
Alternatively I can travel to your home, at a slight extra cost depending on distance.
Group sessions also available on request.
