I work closely with your physio to ensure we build you back up stronger than ever, ensuring that your exercise technique is correct and you are building strength in the areas that will help support and heal the injury and prevent an injury from happening again. Post op it is more important than ever to build strength back up to support the area and ensure you bounce back quickly.
