Kasia's approach is all about getting the body you want through optimal training and nutrition tailored to you, so every programme will be different and totally personal to your goals, however these are some of the training methods Kasia uses to get great results.
Functional Training
This brilliant form of training brings together exercises you do in the gym with every day tasks, it encorporates all forms of training from bodyweight to resistance exercises using all the fun equipment you see in the gym. Functional training conditions the whole body, activating many muscle groups to achieve excellent results.
Strength and Resistance Training
This total body workout: tones, sculpts and increases muscle strength, power, endurance and can increase muscle size- depending on your goal. Using a variety of free weights, resistance machines and bands this method of training continually challenges the muscles and forces them to adapt.
HIIT Cardio
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is a fun, effective and very popular method for losing fat and maintaining an overall lean physique. Perfect for burning the maximum amount of calories in a minimal amount of time, this form of training involves periods of maximal effort followed by short periods of rest.
Core Training
Core strength is the foundation for success in all forms of training, often neglected, core training is one of the most important methods of training to teach the bodies core muscles to work together to protect and support the bodies posture and lower back.
