I will take a look at your, sleep, activity levels, nutrition and hydration as these are all important contributing factors to losing fat, building muscle or increasing fitness level.

Individualized nutrition plan, with total control over what you eat from a choice of over 80 foods with over 20 recipe ideas each month - Optional.
Motivation and support every step of the way!
1 Personal Training session per week - £75 per session
Only have the time for 1 session a week? No problem, in addition I will create a bespoke training and nutrition programme that you can complete in your own time, outside of our weekly session. I will teach you exactly what to do to get the results you're after and how to sustain them. I will motivate you every step of the way!
2 Personal Training sessions per week - £72 per session
We can really work together to get the results you are after. I will not only teach you how to train smart, but also how to eat to fuel your body for optimum energy and to get the best results. You will learn to perfect your exercise technique to maximize your goals. You can also speed up your results by following a bespoke training and nutrition programme that I will set for you to complete outside of your sessions with me.
3 Personal Training sessions per week - £70 per session

By following a simple nutritional guidance programme and optional additional bespoke training sessions tailored to you, you will achieve results fast!
