These are so simple to make and so delicious, they take a few minutes and can last in the fridge for weeks. A perfect healthy chocolate protein dessert to snack on!
Vegan, gluten free and very low sugar. No Fancy ingredients, give them a go, they only take 5 minutes to make.
All you need: Makes 4 squares.
15g nut butter - I used almond and coconut.
10g coconut flour
5g coconut oil
20g dark chocolate
40g chocolate protein powder. I used SF nutrition vegan protein because it’s the only dairy free protein I have found that is delicious! (use the code FUELMEKASIA15 for 15% off).
What to do:
Melt the dark chocolate in a pan (or a bowl over a ban of boiling water).
Add the rest of the ingredients to the dark chocolate.
Mix together and push into a tray or silicone moulds. Refrigerate for a few hours and slice into pieces.
