I mean those are a bunch of words that don’t usually go in the same sentence! These taste like such a gooey treat but they really are so healthy.
Doing sugar free January? Or just being a little more conscious of what you eat? Then you need these in your life!
5 ingredients and 5 minutes! These have no sugar as the banana makes them sweet enough I personally think, or you can add some honey if you fancy them a little sweeter. They are fabulously flour free and so gooey.
All you need:
Makes 1 ramekin muffin
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut oil
All you need to do:
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Mash the banana and melt the coconut oil in the microwave.
Mix together all the ingredients in a ramekin.
Bake for about 20 minutes until it has risen and is golden brown and enjoy warm.
