This week I want to give you a 30 minute abs and core workout you can do with no equipment at home!
I am not going to bore you with why training your core is so important, it is the foundation to a stable base for your body, leading to better balance stability and it really does decrease the risk of injury in every day life movements - enough said!
It is not just for “abs” core muscles train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen.
There is a photo description of all the exercises below, so make sure you use it if you are unsure.
So lets get going on that workout- 30 minutes is all you need:
45s each exercise - 4 exercises,
1. Reverse crunches
2. Shoulder taps
3. V - sits
4. Straight arm plank
4 rounds, rest for 1 minute between round.
Put a 10 minute timer on- 30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest:
30s Squat jumps
30s Mountain climbers
30s Skipping (if you don’t have a rope just air skip)
Repeat for 10 minutes
How about that for your morning burner - do that in your living room once a week with a couple of my other workouts 1-2 times a week and you will notice the difference in no time!
