Are you a little bored of the standard “core & ab” exercises and wanting something different in your workout? Give the TRX ropes a go – they may look a little intimidating but with these 3 great exercises in your back pocket you’re sure to look like you know what you’re doing!
The TRX is the most fantastic piece of equipment for the core, it works all those little stabilising muscles that often don’t get worked! Your first time doing it will probably be a total shamble – it was for me! But keep at it and you will feel your core strengthening so fast! It’s noticeable in just a few sessions!
Try these 3 exercises back to back (giving your-self a little 10s rest between if need be) complete 30 seconds of each exercise then rest – complete the circuit 4 times:
30s Mt climbers
30s Side plank each side
Rest for 1 minute and feel the burn!
Remember to complete the circuit 4 times!
