This is sure to brighten up anyone’s day! So Delicious, so refreshing and such a healthy fuelling breakfast!
All you need:
1 Scoop of vegan vanilla protein (can use normal whey)
1/2 banana frozen
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp peanut butter
200ml water or almond milk
Handful of ice cubes
Mix the protein with the water and allow to sit for 5 mins while you prepare the rest (this allows the protein to dissolve, giving it a smoother texture). Throw all the ingredients into a blender with the protein and blend until smooth – adding water or almond milk for the desired consistency.
I topped mine with a little granola and berries!
