Are you kickstarting this year and needing some healthy breakfast ideas? Well what better way to start your day than with this yummy bowl of goodness? I have started adding some super greens powder into some of my smoothies because there is so much goodness in one little teaspoon of this stuff, it’s great for bloating and digestive health, something I have always struggled with so it certainly helps me!
This smoothie was so delicious and refreshing, all you need:
1 frozen banana,
200ml almond milk
1.5 tsp super greens powder
2 tsp macha powder
About 6 fresh mint leaves (or a few drops of natural flavouring)
1 scoop of vanilla protein
Handful of ice cubes
Blend it all together and top with coconut flakes and some chai seeds! I absolutely love this refreshing bowl of goodness!
