Holding a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science gives me second-to-none knowledge of how the body works and the best way to achieve the results you want.
I use the most up-to-date advanced and scientifically proven training methods to burn fat, build muscle, increase fitness or target your goal - whatever that may be.
Promises of quick fixes with "fad diets" or low-calorie alternatives, may be tempting but they do not deliver the life long sustainable results. My approach takes hard work and dedication - but the outcome will be life long and sustainable.
