Had an injury or operation and want to get fit and strong again?
I work closely with your physio to ensure we build you back up stronger than ever, ensuring that your exercise technique is correct and you are building strength in the areas that will help support and heal the injury and prevent an injury from happening again. Post op it is more important than ever to build strength back up to support the area and ensure you bounce back quickly.
With a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and Clinical Exercise Prescription, I have the knowledge and experience you can trust to bring you back to great health.
Included in every package:
Consultation and analysis with myself, to: establish your goals, lifestyle, overall health and nutrition;
I will take a look at your, sleep, activity levels, nutrition and hydration as these are all important contributing factors to improving your fitness, strength and rehabilitation.
Bespoke training programme.
Individualized nutrition plan, with total control over what you eat from a choice of over 80 foods with over 20 recipe ideas each month - Optional.
Motivation and support every step of the way!
1 Personal Training session per week - £75 per session
Only have the time for 1 session a week? No problem, in addition I will create a bespoke training and nutrition programme that you can complete in your own time once we feel we are happy with your technique and you are feeling confident. I will motivate you every step of the way!
2 Personal Training sessions per week - £72 per session
We can really work together to get the results you are after and get you fit and stronger quicker. I will not only teach you how to exercise specifically to your rehabilitation needs, but also how to eat to fuel your body for optimum energy and to get the best results. You will learn to perfect your exercise technique to maximize your goals. You can also speed up your results by following a bespoke training and nutrition programme that I will set for you to complete outside of your sessions with me.
3 Personal Training sessions per week - £70 per session
